SLV CE-5
Star Initiation Protocol | San Luis Valley, Colorado

You are invited. We gather under the darkest skies of the American West to initiate bilateral communication with extraterrestrial intelligence. Human-led, heart-centered, and scientifically curious.

What is CE-5?

CE-5 stands for "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind" — human-initiated, voluntary, bilateral communication with extraterrestrial intelligences. Unlike a passive sighting or involuntary encounter, this protocol shifts the dynamic: we extend a clear, peaceful invitation to the cosmos.

Developed by Dr. Steven Greer and the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), CE-5 combines coherent thought sequencing, meditation, and intentional consciousness field work. Our approach follows the classic CE-5 trilogy:

Why San Luis Valley?

A documented UFO & CE-5 nexus

The SLV is one of the most consistently active UFO regions in North America, with reports dating back centuries and hundreds of documented sightings. The valley's unusual geology, high-altitude dryness, and dark Bortle class 2 skies create an ideal environment for contact work.

Prime SLV coordinates: ~37°37'N 105°55'W (Great Sand Dunes area). The entire basin is our observatory.

Darkest skies + thin-air clarity

We meet at undeveloped pullouts, private ranches with permission, and the Big Springs area. The night sky here offers Milky Way views that make deep meditation and stellar contact natural.
